​​ In compliance with current reporting requirements, Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. hereby announces that today its Board of Directors set the subscription price for the Company's preferred shares at thirty-five thousand, nine hundred and seventy-three Colombian pesos (COP 35,973), as applicable to the scrip dividend to be paid, should this be approved at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting to be held today.  ​This sum was calculated using the methodology for setting the subscription price of these preferred shares for the purpose of paying out a scrip dividend, as stipulated in Item 5 of proposed Dividend Distribution, which was approved by the Board of Directors on February 23, and published in the form of Relevant Information on February 24, 2017.
