Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. ("Grupo SURA") hereby announces that today the director María Ximena Lombana Villalba  informed the Company of her decision to resign from her post as member of its Board of Directors.

As indicated by the Director, her resignation shall become effective as of March 22, 2024, the date on which Grupo SURA´s Ordinary Annual Shareholders' Meeting shall be held to appoint a new Board of Directors for the statutory period 2024 - 2026.
