Economist with an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York, United States. He is a co-founding partner of Colabora Capital Partners, a fund manager that, in partnership with BID Invest, seeks investment opportunities that drive infrastructure development in Latin America.

He served as Chief Executive Officer of ISA from 2015 to 2022, leading this multinational infrastructure company with operations in seven countries. He later became Managing Director at DigitalBridge, where he was responsible for the region. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Manuelita.
