His management was distinguished by technical strength, sound judgment, and his ongoing contribution to strengthening the Company’s legal strategy and corporate governance, helping achieve Company objectives and playing a significant and decisive role in the recent shareholding restructuring, evolution, and focus of the Company in financial services.
