Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. ("Grupo SURA") hereby announces that, as a result of the spin-off from Grupo Nutresa S.A. ("Grupo Nutresa"), on Friday, December 22, 2023, there was a significant change in Grupo SURA´s shareholder structure, given the transfer to Sociedad Portafolio S.A of the total shares owned by Grupo Nutresa in Grupo SURA, that is to say 62,032,220 ordinary shares, which corresponds to 13.3% of Grupo SURA’s outstanding ordinary shares.
