Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. ("Grupo SURA") hereby announces that today the directors Jaime Gilinski Bacal and Gabriel Gilinski Kardonski informed the Company of their decision to resign from their positions as members of the Board of Directors.

These resignations are with immediate effect.
