​ In compliance with the duties to disclose material information, Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. hereby announces that its Board of Directors at a meeting held today, appointed Ricardo Jaramillo Mejía as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, starting next May 1. Ricardo Jaramillo currently serves as CEO of Banca de Inversion Bancolombia, a subsidiary of Bancolombia and is replacing Ignacio Calle Cuartas, who will serve as new CEO of SURA Asset Management, the subsidiary of Grupo SURA specialized in pensions, savings and investment.
