Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. (Hereinafter “Grupo SURA”) hereby announces that, at today’s Board of Directors meeting, and after reviewing the recommendation from the Sustainability and Corporate Governance Committee, María Adelaida Restrepo Vélez was appointed to serve as the Company’s Chief Corporate Legal Affairs as of June 15, 2026.

María Adelaida currently serves as Legal Director for the Finance and Capital Markets at Bancolombia. She holds a law degree from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and has further complemented her education with studies in leadership, transformation, and corporate governance. She has accumulated more than 20 years of experience practicing private law, particularly in the areas of financial, corporate, and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and legal leadership for business and financial products.

Consequently as of the aforementioned date, Grupo SURA´s legal representation will be structured as follows:

• Ricardo Jaramillo Mejía. Chief Executive Officer and Legal Representative
• María Adelaida Restrepo Vélez: Chief Corporate Legal Affairs Officer and Legal Representative
• Juan Estaban Toro Valencia: Chief Corporate Finance Officer and Legal Representative
• Marianella Pulido Tamayo: Head of Financial Legal Affairs and Investments, and Legal Representative for Judicial and Administrative purposes.
