Grupo de Inversiones Suramericana S.A. (Grupo SURA) hereby announces that, in light of the Relevant Information published on September 24, 2026, in which approval on the part of the Board of Directors was reported regarding the Rules and Regulations of the Share Repurchase Program, the Company today began to implement the Share Repurchase Program through the trading systems belonging to the Colombian Stock Exchange.

This Program shall be carried out in accordance with its respective Rules and Regulations as approved by the Board of Directors, other applicable regulations, and the conditions established by the Colombian Stock Exchange for this particular mechanism.
