(hereinafter "Grupo SURA" or the "Company") hereby announces that the Board of Directors, at a meeting held today, approved the proposed dividend distribution corresponding to the year 2025, which shall be submitted for the consideration of the General Assembly of Shareholders at their upcoming Annual  Meeting to be held on March 27, 2026.
